Sounds of the darkness
Penetrate the peaceful night
Geckos roam the house
Above the white clouds
A mirage of arctic lands
Beyond horizons
From green to yellow
Glorious burst of blossoms
Smother the Spring trees
Kind man of Molokai
Committed to the people
Hope for lonely souls
The red gray surge
Creeps towards abandoned houses
Pele reclaims her land
Early morning
Rising sun and falling moon
Share the cloudless sky
Graceful humpback whales
Swimming in the ocean deep
Disappear like ghosts
Suspended in blue
Gentle giants' symphony
Pierce the fragile sea
Oh singing humpbacks
Sheltered by island waters
Share the joy of birth
Relentless waves
Rock the lonesome bouy...
As seabirds rest
Old kiawe trees
Within dry Ewa forests
Hide ancient sinkholes
Seven butterflies
Playing on a spring day
Like restless children
Quiet manta ray
Flawlessly gliding
Above tranquil sand
